All individual members must belong to a club. This is an FCI rule. A club is a group of people that train together. They do not have a field or host trials or have to be involved in hosting Regional and National Championships. A club must have at least 5 individual members(excluding youth membership)  to qualify, they must be a group of people that regularly train together and are willing to go to other certified clubs to trial their dogs.

A certified club, is a club consisting of at least 5 members (excluding Youth Memberships), have a field, blinds, equipment, know how to do the paperwork, etc and must get certified by the BRANCH.  You will be able to host trials, seminars and events and be part of the Regional and National Championships.  To remain in good standing- All certified clubs MUST host at least one event per year to maintain certification. An event is considered- a trial, an open mock trial, a training seminar or a helper certification/seminar.

If you would like to become a club, contact our secretary Renee Lucescu and she will send you the paperwork and answer any questions you may have to help you through the process. To mail in your paperwork, mail to Renee Lucescu, 72199 Regional Road 27, RR1 Fenwick, ON L0S 1C0.

For all payments, please send an etransfer to our treasurer, she will send you the final invoice to make one payment for each club (including all their members) .
